Return Policy

Thank you so much for purchasing a piece of jewellery from me. 

I really hope you are happy with your purchase however if you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return this (please see details below).

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date in order to receive full refund. 

Any returns after this point (14 days) will be eligible for store credit only. 

All returned jewellery must be unworn, unused condition, with all original packaging. 

(Please let me know if earrings have been tried on) 

Return Process 

To return an item, please email me at alicecatherinejewellery@hotmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandising Authorisation number (RMA). 

After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase with a note of your RMA, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Expectations 

The following items cannot be returned: 

  • Commissioned or cutom made jewellery 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at alicecatherinejewellery@hotmail.com to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please note, Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
