Meet the Team - Marketa

Marketa works with me to finish up and set stones in my designs. Originally from the Czech Republic Marketa is now based in Newquay, Cornwall where she works from her own studio. As well as helping me, she also runs her own ocean inspired jewellery business, Booblinka, which is Czech for tiny bubble!

After becoming fascinated with jewellery as a child Marketa has gone on to study Silversmithing at Truro College and then completed a Fine Jewellery Diploma with Jewellers Academy.

I met Marketa in 2022 at a jewellery event in London and we’ve kept in touch over the years. She is always happy to share her jewellery making knowledge and I am so pleased to have her as part of our team.
